English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via 'Abd al-Rahman, from Sufyan, from Nahshal ibn Mujammi', from Qaza'a — from the Prophet ﷺ — that he said: 'Luqman al-Hakim used to say: "When Allah (عز وجل) is entrusted with something, He preserves it."' He [Sufyan] said: on one occasion [the chain ran as] Nahshal from Qaza'a — or from Abu Ghalib.
