حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِي

لُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ رَمَقْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَرْبَعًا وَعِشْرِينَ أَوْ خَمْسًا وَعِشْرِينَ مَرَّةً يَقْرَأُ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ وَالرَّكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْمَغْرِبِ بْ قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ وَقُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ

English Translation

Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr narrated to us, Isra'il narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Mujahid, from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) who said: 'I watched the Prophet ﷺ for twenty-four [prayers], or he said a month, and he would recite in the two rak'ahs before Fajr: "Say: O disbelievers" [Surah al-Kafirun] and "Say: He is Allah, the One" [Surah al-Ikhlas].'
