'Affan narrated to us, Wuhayb narrated to us, Ayyub narrated to us, from Nafi', that Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) used to go early to the mosque on Friday and pray rak'ahs in which he would lengthen the standing. When the imam finished [the Friday prayer], he would pray two rak'ahs in his house. He used to say: 'the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to do that.'
