English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via 'Affan, from Abu 'Awana, from Sulayman al-A'mash, from Mujahid — from the Prophet ﷺ — that he said: 'Whoever seeks refuge with Allah — give him refuge. Whoever asks you by Allah — give to him. Whoever invites you — respond to the invitation. Whoever does you a favor — reward him. If you find nothing to reward him with — make du'a for him until you believe that you have rewarded him.'
