Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ يَعْنِي
ابْنَ ثَوْبَانَ مَوْلَى بَنِي زُهْرَةَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَنْظُرُ اللَّهُ إِلَى الَّذِي يَجُرُّ إِزَارَهُ خُيَلَاءَ

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Hasan ibn Musa, from Shayban, from Yahya, from Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Thawban the freed slave of Banu Zuhra — that he heard Ibn 'Umar say: 'the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Allah will not look at the one who trails his lower garment out of arrogance."'
