English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Hashim, from 'Asim, from his father — from the Prophet ﷺ: 'Islam is built upon five: testimony that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, establishing prayer, paying zakat, performing Hajj to the House, and fasting Ramadan.'
