حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَخِي ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ أَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ صَلَّى لَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلّ
َى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْعِشَاءَ وَهِيَ الَّتِي يَدْعُو النَّاسُ الْعَتَمَةَ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ فَأَقْبَلَ عَلَيْنَا فَقَالَ أَرَأَيْتُمْ لَيْلَتَكُمْ هَذِهِ فَإِنَّ رَأْسَ مِائَةِ سَنَةٍ مِنْهَا لَا يَبْقَى مِمَّنْ هُوَ الْيَوْمَ عَلَى ظَهْرِ الْأَرْضِ أَحَدٌ

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Ya'qub, from the nephew of Ibn Shihab, from his uncle, from Salim ibn 'Abdullah — that 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar said: 'the Messenger of Allah ﷺ led us in 'Isha' prayer — the one people call al-'atama — then he turned to face us and said: "Take note of this night of yours — for at the head of one hundred years from it, none of those who are alive on the face of the earth today will remain."'
