حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ

بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُلُّ بَيِّعَيْنِ لَا بَيْعَ بَيْنَهُمَا حَتَّى يَتَفَرَّقَا إِلَّا بَيْعَ الْخِيَارِ

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via al-Fadl ibn Dukayn, from Sufyan, from 'Abdullah ibn Dinar — that he said: 'the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Every two parties to a sale have no binding contract between them until they separate — except for a sale in which an option [khiyar] has been stipulated."'
