‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏سُرَيْجٌ ‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏نَافِعٍ ‏ ‏أَنَّ ‏ ‏ابْنَ عُمَرَ ‏ ‏كَانَ ‏ ‏لَا يَسْتَلِمُ شَيْئًا مِنْ ‏ ‏الْبَيْتِ ‏ ‏إِلَّا الرُّكْنَيْنِ الْيَمَانِيَيْنِ فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ يَسْتَلِمُهُمَا وَيُخْبِرُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏كَانَ يَفْعَلُهُ ‏

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Surayj, from 'Abdullah, from Nafi' — that Ibn 'Umar would not touch anything of the House [Ka'ba] except the two Yamani corners — he would touch them and report that the Prophet ﷺ used to do the same.
