حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَنْظَلَةُ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ

عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُشِيرُ بِيَدِهِ يَؤُمُّ الْعِرَاقَ هَا إِنَّ الْفِتْنَةَ هَاهُنَا هَا إِنَّ الْفِتْنَةَ هَاهُنَا ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ مِنْ حَيْثُ يَطْلُعُ قَرْنُ الشَّيْطَانِ

English Translation

Ibn Numayr narrated to us, Hanzalah narrated to us, from Salim ibn Abdullah ibn 'Umar, from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) who said: 'I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ pointing with his hand toward the east and saying: "Indeed fitnah is from here, indeed fitnah is from here — from where the horn of Shaytan rises."'
