English Translation
Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Sufyan informed us, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Najrani, from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) who said: 'A man bought palm trees from another man, and they did not produce anything that year. They came together before the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he said: "By what right do you take his money? Return his money to him, and do not sell fruit until its quality becomes apparent."'
