حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ وَرَوْحٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يُسْأَلُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ حَائِضًا فَقَالَ أَتَعْرِفُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَإِنَّهُ طَلَّ
قَ امْرَأَتَهُ حَائِضًا فَذَهَبَ عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخْبَرَهُ الْخَبَرَ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا قَالَ وَلَمْ أَسْمَعْهُ يَزِيدُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ قَالَ رَوْحٌ مُرْهُ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا

English Translation
Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us — and Rawh said: Ibn Jurayj narrated to us — Ibn Tawus informed me, from his father, that he heard Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) being asked about a man who divorced his wife while she was menstruating. He said: 'Do you know Abdullah ibn 'Umar? He divorced his wife while she was menstruating, and 'Umar came to the Prophet ﷺ and asked him, and the Prophet ﷺ ordered him to take her back and divorce her properly.'
