English Translation

Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Salim, from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) who said: 'the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to raise his hands when saying takbir until they were level with his shoulders, and when he raised his head from bowing, he would raise them likewise and say: "Sami' Allahu li man hamidah, Rabbana wa lakal-hamd." He would not do so during prostration.'
