English Translation

Ali ibn Ishaq narrated to us, Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, Ma'mar informed us, from al-Zuhri, Salim narrated to me, from his father, that he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when he raised his head from bowing in the last rak'ah of the Fajr prayer say: 'O Allah, curse so-and-so and so-and-so and so-and-so,' after saying 'Sami' Allahu li man hamidah, Rabbana wa lakal-hamd.' Then Allah عز وجل revealed: 'Not for you is the decision, whether He turns in mercy to them or punishes them' [Aal 'Imran 3:128].
