حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أُمَيَّةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّه
ُ قَالَ لِابْنِ عُمَرَ نَجِدُ صَلَاةَ الْخَوْفِ وَصَلَاةَ الْحَضَرِ فِي الْقُرْآنِ وَلَا نَجِدُ صَلَاةَ الْمُسَافِرِ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ بَعَثَ اللَّهُ نَبِيَّهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَنَحْنُ أَجْفَى النَّاسِ فَنَصْنَعُ كَمَا صَنَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

English Translation
Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr ibn Abd al-Rahman, from Umayyah ibn Abdullah, who said to Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما): 'We find the fear prayer and the prayer of the resident mentioned in the Quran, but we do not find the prayer of the traveler.' Ibn 'Umar said: 'Allah عز وجل sent Muhammad ﷺ to us, and we knew nothing. We do as we saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ doing.'
