English Translation

Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Salim, from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever sells a slave who has wealth, the wealth belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates otherwise. And whoever sells palm trees that have been pollinated, the fruit belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates otherwise.'
