زُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ شَهِدْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ أَمَرَ بِرَجْمِهِمَا فَلَمَّا رُجِمَا رَأَيْتُهُ يُجَانِئُ بِيَدَيْهِ عَنْهَا لِيَقِيَهَا الْحِجَارَةَ

English Translation
Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Salim, from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) who said: 'I was present when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered the stoning of the two of them [a Jewish man and woman who committed adultery]. When they were stoned, I saw the man leaning over the woman to shield her from the stones.'
