حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مُوسَى بْ
نِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَاةَ الْخَوْفِ فِي بَعْضِ أَيَّامِهِ فَقَامَتْ طَائِفَةٌ مَعَهُ وَطَائِفَةٌ بِإِزَاءِ الْعَدُوِّ فَصَلَّى بِالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ رَكْعَةً ثُمَّ ذَهَبُوا وَجَاءَ الْآخَرُونَ فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ رَكْعَةً ثُمَّ قَضَتْ الطَّائِفَتَانِ رَكْعَةً رَكْعَةً

English Translation
Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Musa ibn 'Uqbah, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) who said: 'the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed the fear prayer on one of his battle days. One group stood with him and another group faced the enemy. He prayed one rak'ah with those who were with him, then they went and took the position of the others. The others came and he prayed one rak'ah with them, then each group completed one rak'ah.'
