حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ حَمَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَ

لَّمَ النَّقِيعَ لِلْخَيْلِ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ يَعْنِي الْعُمَرِيَّ خَيْلِهِ قَالَ خَيْلِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Hammad ibn Khalid, from 'Abdullah, from Nafi' — that he said: 'the Messenger of Allah ﷺ designated al-Naqi' as a protected pasture for horses.' [Nafi' said:] 'I said to him [i.e., al-'Umari]: "O Abu 'Abd al-Rahman — his horses?" He said: "The horses of the Muslims."'
