Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَاقِفًا عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ بِمِنًى فَأَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي كُنْتُ أُرَى أَنَّ الْحَلْقَ قَبْلَ الذَّبْحِ فَحَلَقْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَذْبَ
حَ قَالَ اذْبَحْ وَلَا حَرَجَ ثُمَّ جَاءَهُ آخَرُ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي كُنْتُ أُرَى أَنَّ الذَّبْحَ قَبْلَ الرَّمْيِ فَذَبَحْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَرْمِيَ فَقَالَ ارْمِ وَلَا حَرَجَ قَالَ فَمَا سُئِلَ عَنْ شَيْءٍ قَدَّمَهُ رَجُلٌ قَبْلَ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا قَالَ افْعَلْ وَلَا حَرَجَ

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr ibn al-'As (رضي الله عنهما) — via Muhammad ibn Ja'far, from Ma'mar, from Ibn Shihab, from 'Isa ibn Talha — that he said: 'I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ standing on his riding camel at Mina. A man came to him and said: "O Messenger of Allah, I thought shaving [the head] comes before the slaughter [of the sacrifice]." He said: "Do it — no harm." Then another man came and said: "I threw [the pebbles] before the slaughter." He said: "Do it — no harm."'
