English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr (رضي الله عنهما) — via Yahya, from Isma'il, from 'Amir — that a man came to 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr and said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "A Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe. And a muhajir [emigrant] is one who abandons what Allah has forbidden."'
