English Translation

It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr ibn al-'As (رضي الله عنهما) — via 'Abd al-Razzaq, from Ibn Jurayj, from 'Abd al-Karim al-Jazari, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ leaned against a building and gave the people a sermon and admonition, saying: 'No one shall pray after 'Asr until nightfall, nor after Fajr until the sun rises. A woman shall not travel except with a mahram for a journey of three [days or more]. And a woman shall not be [given in marriage while her] paternal aunt [is in the same marriage as a co-wife], nor [while her] maternal aunt [is a co-wife].'
