حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ
شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ بَيْنَمَا نَحْنُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِبَعْضِ أَعَلَى الْوَادِي نُرِيدُ أَنْ نُصَلِّيَ قَدْ قَامَ وَقُمْنَا إِذْ خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا حِمَارٌ مِنْ شِعْبِ أَبِي دُبٍّ شِعْبِ أَبِي مُوسَى فَأَمْسَكَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمْ يُكَبِّرْ وَأَجْرَى إِلَيْهِ يَعْقُوبَ بْنَ زَمْعَةَ حَتَّى رَدَّهُ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb informed me, from Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As (رضي الله عنهما) who said: While we were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in one of his journeys, he stopped at a campsite, and some of us began pitching their tents, others were shooting arrows in contest, and others were tending to their animals, when the caller of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ called out: 'Gather for the congregational prayer.'
