English Translation
Muhammad ibn Sawa' Abu al-Khattab al-Sadusi narrated to us, who said: I asked al-Muthanna ibn al-Sabbah, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever is entrusted with something, there is no liability upon him' — meaning one who holds something as a trust is not liable for its loss without negligence.
