حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَب
Body (Matn)
ِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا طَلَاقَ فِيمَا لَا تَمْلِكُونَ وَلَا عَتَاقَ فِيمَا لَا تَمْلِكُونَ وَلَا نَذْرَ فِيمَا لَا تَمْلِكُونَ وَلَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللَّهِ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Yazid informed us, Muhammad ibn Ishaq informed us, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'There is no divorce in matters you do not own, and no vow of emancipation for what you do not own, and no sale of what you do not own.'
