حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ وَمُعَمَّرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ

بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ خَائِنٍ وَلَا مَحْدُودٍ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ وَلَا ذِي غِمْرٍ عَلَى أَخِيهِ

English Translation

Yazid informed us, al-Hajjaj — and Mu'ammar ibn Sulayman al-Raqqi — informed us, from al-Hajjaj ibn Artah, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The blood money of a person with a treaty is half the blood money of a free Muslim.'
