حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ وَحَبِيبٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ الن
َّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَيْسٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ أَحْسِبُهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَجُوزُ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَمْرٌ فِي مَالِهَا إِذَا مَلَكَ زَوْجُهَا عِصْمَتَهَا

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr (رضي الله عنهما) — via 'Affan, from Hammad ibn Salama, from Dawud ibn Abi Hind and Habib al-Mu'allim, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather — from the Prophet ﷺ — and via Qays, from Mujahid [also from the Prophet ﷺ as he believed]: 'A woman is not permitted to [independently dispose of] her wealth when her husband holds her marriage bond.'
