حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ عَمْرِو بْن
ِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ عَقْلُ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ مُغَلَّظَةٌ مِثْلُ عَقْلِ الْعَمْدِ وَلَا يُقْتَلُ صَاحِبُهُ وَمَنْ حَمَلَ عَلَيْنَا السِّلَاحَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا وَلَا رَصَدَ بِطَرِيقٍ

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr (رضي الله عنهما) — via Abu Sa'id, the freed slave of Banu Hashim, from Muhammad ibn Rashid, from Sulayman ibn Musa, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The blood money for quasi-intentional killing [shibh al-'amd] is augmented — like the blood money for intentional killing — but the perpetrator is not executed. And whoever bears arms against us is not of us, and [whoever lies in ambush] on the road.'
