English Translation

It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Hushaym, from 'Umar ibn Abi Salama, from his father — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The days of Tashriq [the 11th, 12th, and 13th of Dhul-Hijja] are days of food and dhikr of Allah.' He said in one version: 'days of eating and drinking.'
