حَدَّثَنَا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ عِيسَى أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْ

دٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ جُعِلَ قَاضِيًا بَيْنَ النَّاسِ فَقَدْ ذُبِحَ بِغَيْرِ سِكِّينٍ

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Safwan ibn 'Isa, from 'Abdullah ibn Sa'id ibn Abi Hind, from Sa'id al-Maqburi — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever is appointed judge among people has been slaughtered without a knife.'
