English Translation

It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Sufyan, from Abu al-Zinad, from al-A'raj — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When one of you performs wudu, let him put [water] in his nose and then blow it out [li-yastanthir].' And on another occasion [he said]: 'let him blow it out [li-yanthur].'
