English Translation

It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Sufyan, from Abu al-Zinad, from al-A'raj — traced to the Prophet ﷺ: 'A thief does not steal while he is a [true] believer [at the moment of stealing]. A person does not drink wine while he is a [true] believer [at the moment of drinking]. And a fornicator does not fornicate while he is a [true] believer [at the moment of fornicating].'
