وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمُهَجِّرُ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ كَالْمُهْدِي بَدَنَةً ثُمَّ كَالْمُهْدِي بَقَرَةً ثُمَّ كَالْمُهْدِي شَاةً ثُمَّ كَالْمُهْدِي بَطَّةً ثُمَّ كَالْمُهْدِي دَجَاجَةً ثُمَّ كَالْمُهْدِي بَيْضَةً
English Translation
And the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The one who goes early to the Friday prayer is like one who offers a camel as sacrifice, then like one who offers a cow, then a sheep, then a duck, then a chicken, then an egg. When the imam comes out, the angels fold up their scrolls and listen to the reminder.'
