English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Muhammad ibn Fudayl, from Yazid ibn Abi Ziyad, from someone who heard Abu Hurayra say — that he said: My beloved [khalil] (ﷺ) enjoined three things upon me and forbade me three things. He enjoined upon me: Witr before sleeping, fasting three days of every month, and two rak'as of the Duha prayer. And he forbade me: turning [during prayer — al-iltifat], squatting [al-iqqa'] like a monkey, and pecking [in prostration] like a rooster.
