English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Bishr ibn Mufaddal, from Ibn 'Ajlan, from Sa'id al-Maqburi — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When a fly falls into the vessel of one of you — for indeed in one of its wings is a disease, and in the other is the cure, and it shields itself with the wing that has the disease — so let him dip it [the fly] completely [into the liquid, then remove it].'
