English Translation

It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via 'Amr ibn al-Haytham ibn Qatan [Abu Qatan], from Hisham, from Qatada, from al-Hasan, from Abu Rafi' — that Abu Qatan said: This is recorded in the book as a marfu' [traced to the Prophet ﷺ] hadith: 'When he sits between her four [limbs] and then exerts himself, ghusl becomes obligatory.'
