Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ يُونُسَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَمَّارًا مَوْلَى بَنِي هَا
شِمٍ يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ { وَشَاهِدٍ وَمَشْهُودٍ } قَالَ الشَّاهِدُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالْمَشْهُودُ يَوْمَ عَرَفَةَ وَالْمَوْعُودُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ

English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Yunus who said: I heard 'Ammar, the freed slave of Banu Hashim, narrating about this verse: {By the witness and the witnessed} — he said: the witness is Friday and the witnessed is the Day of 'Arafah. Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) raised it to the Prophet ﷺ.
