وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَارُكُمْ هَذِهِ مَا يُوقِدُ بَنُو آدَمَ جُزْءٌ وَاحِدٌ مِنْ سَبْعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنْ حَرِّ جَهَنَّمَ قَالُوا وَاللَّهِ إِنْ كَانَتْ لَكَافِيَةً يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ فَإِنَّهَا فُضِّلَتْ عَلَيْهَا بِتِسْعٍ وَسِتِّينَ جُزْءًا كُلُّهُنَّ مِثْلُ حَرِّهَا
English Translation
the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'This fire of yours that the children of Adam kindle is one part out of seventy parts of the heat of Hellfire.' They said: 'By Allah, even this would have been sufficient, O Messenger of Allah!' He said: 'It has been reduced by sixty-nine parts, each of them equal to its heat.'
