وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ اللَّهُ لَا يَأْتِي ابْنَ آدَمَ النَّذْرُ بِشَيْءٍ لَمْ أَكُنْ قَدَّرْتُهُ لَهُ وَلَكِنَّهُ يَلْقِيهِ النَّذْرُ بِمَا قَدَّرْتُهُ لَهُ يُسْتَخْرَجُ بِهِ مِنْ الْبَخِيلِ يُؤْتِينِي عَلَيْهِ مَا لَمْ يَكُنْ آتَانِي عَلَيْهِ مِنْ قَبْلُ
English Translation
the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Allah said: The vow does not bring anything to the son of Adam that I had not already decreed for him. Rather, it is the vow that leads him to what I had decreed, through which I extract from the miser. He produces for Me what he would not have produced otherwise.'
