‏ ‏وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏إِذَا جَاءَكُمْ الصَّانِعُ بِطَعَامِكُمْ قَدْ أَغْنَى عَنْكُمْ ‏ ‏عَنَاءَ ‏ ‏حَرِّهِ ‏ ‏وَدُخَانِهِ ‏ ‏فَادْعُوهُ فَلْيَأْكُلْ مَعَكُمْ وَإِلَّا فَلَقِّمُوهُ فِي يَدِهِ ‏

English Translation

the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When your servant brings you your food, having spared you the trouble of its heat and smoke, invite him to eat with you. If you do not, then set aside a morsel or two for him, for he has endured its preparation.'
