Hadith #430
Arabic Text
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُتِبَ عَلَى ابْنِ آدَمَ نَصِيبُهُ مِنْ الزِّنَا أَدْرَكَ لَا مَحَالَةَ فَالْعَيْنُ زِنْيَتُهَا النَّظَرُ وَيُصَدِّقُهَا الْأَعْرَاضُ وَاللِّسَانُ زِنْيَتُهُ النُّطْقُ وَالْقَلْبُ التَّمَنِّي وَالْفَرْجُ يُصَدِّقُ مَا ثَمَّ وَيُكَذِّبُ
English Translation
the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The son of Adam has been decreed his share of fornication, which he will inevitably commit. The fornication of the eyes is looking, the fornication of the ears is listening, the fornication of the tongue is speaking, the fornication of the hand is touching, the fornication of the foot is walking toward it, and the heart desires and wishes. The private parts either confirm all of this or deny it.'
