‏ ‏وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏لَا يَبِعْ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ وَلَا يَخْطُبْ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ ‏

English Translation

the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'None of you should sell over the sale of his brother, nor should he propose marriage over the proposal of his brother.'
