وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ وَنَهَى عَنْ الْوَشْمِ
English Translation
the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The evil eye is real.' And he forbade tattooing.
