حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ مِنْ كِتَابِهِ قَالَ ثَنَا سَعِيدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ عَمْرِو الْمَعَافِرِيُّ عَنْ
عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي نُعَيْمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ تَقَوَّلَ عَلَيَّ مَا لَمْ أَقُلْ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنْ النَّارِ وَمَنْ اسْتَشَارَهُ أَخُوهُ الْمُسْلِمُ فَأَشَارَ عَلَيْهِ بِغَيْرِ رُشْدٍ فَقَدْ خَانَهُ وَمَنْ أَفْتَى بِفُتْيَا غَيْرِ ثَبْتٍ فَإِنَّمَا إِثْمُهُ عَلَى مَنْ أَفْتَاهُ

English Translation
Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The prayer in congregation is twenty-five degrees better than the prayer of one of you alone. The angels of the night and the angels of the day meet at the Fajr prayer.' Abu Hurayrah said: 'Recite if you wish: Indeed, the recitation of the Fajr is witnessed.'
