Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَفْصٍ أَخْبَرَنَا وَرْقَاءُ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَ
ادِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُلُّ ابْنِ آدَمَ تَأْكُلُهُ الْأَرْضُ إِلَّا عَجْبَ الذَّنَبِ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُ خُلِقَ وَمِنْهُ يُرَكَّبُ

English Translation
Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Two women from Hudhayl fought with each other. One of them threw a stone at the other, killing her and what was in her womb. the Prophet ﷺ ruled that the blood-money for the unborn child was a male or female slave, and he ruled that the blood-money of the woman was to be paid by her relatives on the father's side.'
