English Translation
Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه reported: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was sitting one day among the people when a man came to him and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what is iman (faith)?' He said: 'That you believe in Allah, His angels, His Books, the meeting with Him, His Messengers, and that you believe in the Resurrection.' He said: 'What is Islam?' He said: 'That you worship Allah and do not associate anything with Him, establish the prescribed prayer, pay the obligatory zakah, and fast Ramadan.' He said: 'What is ihsan (excellence)?' He said: 'That you worship Allah as if you see Him, for even if you do not see Him, He sees you.'
