English Translation
It was narrated — via Yahya ibn Zakariyya ibn Abi Za'ida, from Ibn Abi Khalid (Isma'il), from Abu Malik al-Aslami — that the Prophet ﷺ turned away Ma'iz ibn Malik three times. When he came the fourth time, he ordered that he be stoned. [Then] Yahya narrated from Muhammad ibn 'Amr, from Abu Salama, from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ, a similar report.
