حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْأَوْدِيِّ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحِم
ْيَرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَبُولَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي الْمَاءِ الدَّائِمِ ثُمَّ يَغْتَسِلُ مِنْهُ

English Translation
'Affan narrated to us, Abu 'Awanah narrated to us, from Dawud ibn 'Abdullah al-Awdi, from Humayd ibn 'Abd al-Rahman al-Himyari, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever fasts six days of Shawwal after Ramadan, it is as if he fasted the entire year.'
