قَالَ وَأَحْسَبُهُ قَالَ عَنْ يَمِينِ الْعَرْشِ مُنَادٍ يُنَادِي فِي السَّمَاءِ السَّابِعَةِ أَعْطِ مُنْفِقًا خَلَفًا وَأَعْطِ أَوْ عَجِّلْ لِمُمْسِكٍ تَلَفًا
English Translation
And I think he (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that to the right of the Throne is a caller calling from the seventh heaven: 'Give the one who spends a replacement, and give — or hasten — for the one who withholds, destruction.'
