Hadith #203
Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا سَلَامَانُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ الْأَصْبَحِيِّ قَال
َ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ سَيَكُونُ فِي أُمَّتِي دَجَّالُونَ كَذَّابُونَ يُحَدِّثُونَكُمْ بِبِدَعٍ مِنْ الْحَدِيثِ بِمَا لَمْ تَسْمَعُوا أَنْتُمْ وَلَا آبَاؤُكُمْ فَإِيَّاكُمْ وَإِيَّاهُمْ لَا يَفْتِنُونَكُمْ

English Translation
Hasan ibn Musa narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, Salaman ibn 'Amir narrated to us, from Abu 'Uthman al-Asbahi who said: I heard Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) saying: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Paradise is surrounded by hardships and Hellfire is surrounded by desires.'
